staying motivated is a different story.

Instead of hitting the gym or carving out 30 minutes for meditation, you find yourself in front of the TV night after night, munching on chips and swearing that TOMORROW will be the day to start over. The next day, you wake up feeling upset with yourself for falling off track and then blame yourself for being “weak”.

After years of working in the fitness industry, 1:1 with health coaching clients, and teaching classes on self love & mindset, I’ve heard people of all walks of life tell me the same thing - “I know what to do, I just can’t get myself to do it!”

Hearing that over and over again made me realize that knowing how to diet and exercise isn’t the answer to better health. If it were, we’d have no problem putting it to consistent practice.

The truth is, if we don’t find ways to stay motivated, it’s inevitable that we’ll fall back into our old habits and, I don’t know about you, but I am SO done with working that hard only to slide back to bad habits.

That’s why I set out to create a space that you could come back to as often as you need to recenter yourself back into a place of motivation. A place where you can continuously bring your mind back to so you can stay focused and motivated to hit your goals. A place to connect with yourself, your tribe, and your journey.

That’s what happens to us when we try to change our entire routine all at once. I don’t want you to set slammed.

So instead of stopping your energy all at once, we have to slow down your speed. We do that with self care.

What is The Motivation Membership?

The Motivation Membership is a site dedicated to providing you with the tools it takes to continue down your health & wellness journey. You get a clear action plan for nutrition & fitness, live weekly guided meditation classes, discounts to different holistic products, and a community of support from likeminded people looking to feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Should I join The Motivation Membership?

You should consider joining the membership if you're the kind of person to start a diet and fall off track. If you've been trying to lose weight forever. If you know your lifestyle can affect your illness but you still can't seem to get started. This membership is for you.

How am I billed?

You are billed on the first of each month for the entire month following the invoice (Example - May 1st - invoices go out for classes in May). All invoices will be paid by credit or debit card through a payment processing system of PayPal (or similar).

How Do I Cancel?

Cancellation is simple! Just fill out the cancellation form and then you'll be cancelled before the first billing cycle. If you cancel after the 1st, you will have full access for the rest of the month and won't be billed again.
